ICE
Chilling a drink is a must for almost all cocktails, but freezing alcohol is almost impossible, unless you use dry ice to speed up the process. It creates a funky mist that is always appeasing to the eye and is able to separate two liquids that slowly dissolve into each other that makes a unique drink, every sip.
Fire
Lighting alcohol on fire is an age old trick. Using oxygen, heat and alcohol to create a flame that slightly heats the drink and creates a pleasant smell, this technique looks great and is always a crowd pleaser. It’s use for suction and fire breathing has been used by flare bartenders for years.
Foam
Using protein bonds, breaking them up slightly with citric acids, adding alcohol and CO2 to infuse a flavour then adding glucose to join everything back together! Creates an amazing foam that not only has a fantastic aroma, but is amazingly tasty. This technique not only looks great but allows 2 separate flavours to be enjoyed from one drink.
