Do you have everything set-up and just need a cheerful face to serve it professionally? We have plenty of experienced staff that can fill that gap! From a wine pourer to a fantastically fully fledge cocktail fire flaring fanatic. Smartly dressed in the typical Hospitality blacks, clean cut, friendly and available for any function.
Every bartender is equipped with apron, bar blade, waiters friend and a small amount of bar equipment. Each has the ability to create the classical cocktails, pour wines and beers.
There are many types of bartenders, from your wine connoisseur to a flair bartender, so make sure you ask for the right one!
Bartender Hire @ $70 an hour
All bartenders come with a cocktail kit, responsible service of alcohol
certficate and plenty of experience. (minimum 4 hour hire, a bartender
must be hired if alcohol and/or glassware & bar are supplied by us, due to
our liquor licence ):
–Cocktail bartender starts at $60 an hour. (These bartenders can make all
classic cocktails, pour beer, wine and sparkling drinks).
–Flair bartender starts at $100 an hour. (These bartenders are able to make
all classic cocktails whilst spinning bo)les, fire breathing, foam cocktails
and uses dry ice for visually appealing events).
*Please note that the bartender needs to be hired 1 hour before the event
to set up and 1 hour at the end to pack up, if glassware or liquor is
provided.
All Bartenders come with a cocktail kit = 5 Shakers, strainers, spoons,
knives, pourers and jiggers. If you require a blender, ask (free of charge).
Mobile Bar - generic
included in all package
A great looking outdoor bar with lighting and spirit speed racks. Merbau wood fence designed around faux grass that comes in 4 sections. These bars are able to be easily dismantled and set-up in the most hard to access locations.
Mobile Bar with leds & lighting $250 extra
Fully functional indoor bars with or without beer taps, these bars look fantastic with an aluminium frame that houses white plastic and multi coloured lighting. These bars are a little more cumbersome than their outdoor counter-parts and can only be set-up where there is “wheelchair” access.
Glassware Hire starts @ $250
Glassware hiring that starts at $250 for the first 50 people attending the event, then increases by $50 for every extra 50 people invited.

Liquor Catering packages
We are able to provide many types of liquor catering from unlimited drinking packages of beer, wine, cocktails, sparkling, mocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
Other packages include just cocktails service and mobile “cash bar” with eftpos / cash registers.
